Brian Link
Brian Link is the Senior Managing Partner of The Fidelis Group, a professional investigation and security consulting company. Brian is a licensed private investigator and former California law enforcement professional having served in municipal and state policing organizations. Throughout his policing career, Brian had the opportunity to work a variety of specialized assignments such as; Field Training Officer training newly hired law enforcement professionals, Investigator focused on investigating organized crime, Advanced Officer Trainer training experienced officers on specialized policing topics, Joint police / FBI / ATF Federal Task Force member assigned to a street gang and organized crime task force, Joint California DOJ / police / DEA collective investigative team member assigned to investigate international drug trafficking groups, and a SWAT team member.
Brian served in supervisory and management roles leading specialized police groups like; detective bureau, narcotic task force, support services division, and special operations unit.
After retiring from law enforcement, Brian went into the corporate security field as a Director of Public Safety for one of the nation's most progressive Indian owned casino resort operations on the west coast. As a member of the public safety department's executive leadership team Brian managed the department's logistical support division consisting of the following teams; patrol services, dispatch - communication support services and CCTV, detective bureau, emergency medical technicians, training and professional development, internal affairs, environmental sustainability services and locksmiths – access control security – alarm system monitoring.
Brian has Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Management from Union Institute and University and a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Redlands. He is also a FBI-LEEDA Trilogy award recipient for successfully completing the FBI-LEEDA Supervisor Leadership Institute, Command Leadership Institute and Executive Leadership Institute.
Brian now manages a team of former law enforcement and corporate security professionals who collectively bring decades of experience in investigative and security consulting.
